For large items, Michael Trapp, Inc. will recommend an independent shipper/trucking company and all arrangements — including payment — shall be arranged by the customer

Pending the reason for the return, the customer shall be responsible for 50% of the total shipping expense. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
